WHO: Newham Super Choir is a vibrant community choir for the over 60s in the London Borough of Newham.

WHAT: No audition necessary. Just come along we sing all sorts of music from classical, folk, musicals and popular song.

VENUE: St Bartholomew’s Church, Barking Road, E6 3BA

WHEN: We meet every Tuesday morning during term time from 10:45 to 12:15

A film created by choir leader Sovra Newman during Covid.

While we were unable to meet each other we investigated Zoom.  Some joined in, but for others it wasn’t for them.  Here is a little film about some of their thoughts, how they felt and what they did during lockdown.
